ABSTRACT
Slowear SRL is doing well in sales and manufacturing of quality clothing products, maintaining a low profile but actually being of a very high-end one. Our target was to re-evaluate the existing business strategy and accordingly provide suggestions for the company’s growth. The project was more than an opportunity for us to push ourselves from the boundaries of working on traditional projects of boosting sales and advertising; this taught us of working on extremes in focusing on quality & customer experience.
Upon researching various aspects on improving the customer experience we analyzed the factors which affect the human experience the moment one enters a store, and retain it in various locations to even countries. We thus shortlisted on booming up the direct human senses of customers inside and outside Slowear stores & made it our core project. Based on the research, few possible partners and places were suggested.
The company has been suggested to work on partnerships and work on certain areas which were not looked at as much in details earlier. For each sense, there were already anchors around, but we leveraged those further more to enrich the customer experience, close to its highest levels. Best chocolates for taste, best textured fabrics for touch, best aromas/fragrances for smell, soothing music for listening & a great display of everything is the core context for the project, with partnership proposals with the best hotels, flights and cafés sharing the same fundamental thought of Quality above all, was suggested, with a thought that all this is selection of a typical Slowear customer.
